Three kitchens. An evening to try and share.
On October 17, we will try, discover, and enjoy together at Amber. At our first Sharing Night, small dishes from East Frisia, Spain, and the Orient will come together – from Vörspies to tapas to mezze.
Familiar flavors get new company, Mediterranean lightness meets spicy mezze, and gradually a small journey through different worlds of taste unfolds on the table. That's exactly what it's about: sitting together, discovering new things, finding favorite dishes, and taking time for each other.
The right sound will be provided by a young DJ from Norden, who will accompany the evening with a fresh set. Food, music, and shared discovery come together for a relaxed Sharing Night in the middle of Amber.
