Später wird das Licht wärmer, die Drinks kommen auf den Tresen und besondere Themenabende bringen immer wieder neuen Rhythmus ins Amber.

For our hotel guests, breakfast is already included in the stay. As an external guest, you can also come by and have breakfast with us and take some time for a good morning right in the middle of Norden.
In unserer Vitrine findest Du süße und herzhafte Lieblingsstücke: Kuchen und Zimtschnecken aus unserer Backstube, Salate, Quiche, geröstete Sauerteigbrote und weitere wechselnde Deli-Spezialitäten. Zum Mittag, für eine kleine Pause zwischendurch oder später zum Drink: Du entscheidest, wann Dein Deli-Moment beginnt. Zum Hierbleiben, Mitnehmen und Wiederkommen.
From 12:00 to 19:00, two changing warm recommendations from our Wild Home Kitchen complement the deli offerings – one vegetarian and one with meat or fish. Here, regional ingredients meet influences from around the world, familiar flavors meet new aromas, and true craftsmanship meets a good dose of curiosity.

Warm oak floorboards, modern terrazzo, plenty of daylight, and right in the middle our counter: The Amber is open, lively, and at the same time relaxed.
The day begins here with breakfast, encounters happen over a coffee, and short breaks sometimes turn into long evenings. You can meet friends, sit together at the large table, do a little work, or just drop by spontaneously.
The Amber connects hotel and city, guests and locals, quiet moments and lively hours. A place for everyone who appreciates good food, honest craftsmanship, and an uncomplicated atmosphere.
In our bakery, master baker Guido ensures fresh favorites at Amber every day. In addition to cakes and cookies, our sourdough breads and cinnamon rolls are particularly essential to the deli: classic with cinnamon and cardamom or always new and fitting for the season.
There are also coffee specialties with beans from the Norder Coffee Manufactory – a pretty good connection for a break in between.
As the day slowly winds down, the mood in Amber changes. The light becomes warmer, cocktails and drinks are mixed at the bar, and the little break can turn into a longer evening.
Our Amber Deli also accompanies you in the evening with sweet and savory favorites. There are selected wines, cocktails, beer, and coffee specialties.
And sometimes the evening takes on its own rhythm: with live music, special enjoyment formats, and changing theme nights.
