Jessica Müller – trained hotel specialist, head waiter, trainer and training coordinator. In the seven years that Jessica has been part of the Reichshof team, the 24-year-old has gathered some personal success moments.
But let's take it step by step - in 2015 she started her training as a hotel specialist, in 2018 Jessica then joined our restaurant Heimisch as a qualified professional and has since taken care of the well-being of our guests. In 2019 she obtained her training certificate, and since 2021 Jessica has been the first point of contact for our trainees as a training coordinator.
“My work at Reichshof is incredibly diverse. It often happens that I take care of the breakfast buffet in the morning, check the report books of our trainees at noon, and conduct a training session for our apprentices in the afternoon. This variety is truly unique,” describes Jessica, who enjoys shopping in her free time, sharing her impressions from her daily life at Reichshof. The 24-year-old is most active during the evening shift, then “the restaurant is full of life.”

And it is exactly this variety that makes the appeal of training in our industry for her: “No day is like the other, you experience something new every day. You experience an incredible amount and during training in our industry, you are more or less prepared for life.” Moreover, with a successfully completed training, there are numerous opportunities – Jessica herself is probably the best example of this.
The support of the apprentices can be “challenging” at times, but it is incredibly fun: “It is nice to observe how trainees start in their first year and then develop until their last year. At the beginning, everyone often looks out for themselves and tries to cope – but in the end, a large family grows together.”
