Move & Feel
Tides is more than a retreat. It is a vibrant place for encounter and movement – with space for your very own rhythm. Sometimes outside on the dike, when the wind clears your head. Sometimes on a quiet yoga mat, when for a moment everything slows down. Sometimes together on a running route. Sometimes just for you.
With Move & Feel, we invite you to not only see the North but to actively feel it. On a shared running route, cycling between city and sea, on the SUP through the canals, or during a yoga session, you will find regular community offerings, individual sessions, and special experiences around movement, nature, and mindfulness.
Do you want to start the day actively, rediscover the North, or simply return to yourself? Then you will find exactly the offer here that suits your time out.
Together with others on our community runs, individually during a running session, cycling between city and sea, or on the water. Whether regularly active or just in the mood for something new – here you will find offers for your active break.
Not every movement needs tempo. Yoga, retreats, and special formats create space to let go of everyday life, gather new energy, and rediscover your own rhythm.
Some offers have now become a regular part of the rhythm at Tides.
Every Tuesday, the Tides Morning Run starts. Every second and fourth Saturday, we go together with the Norder Kaffeemanufaktur to Saturday Coffee Run. And on Thursdays, the day begins with Tides Morning Flow Yoga.
You can find all dates in our event calendar.
Some moments deserve special attention.
With our Personal Sessions, Astrid and Björn will accompany you individually – tailored to your wishes, your pace, and your time out.
Rediscover running. Improve technique. Or simply experience the most beautiful paths around Norden together.
An individual yoga practice that adapts entirely to your body, your needs, and your moment.
After a run along the dyke, a bike ride, or a yoga session, our wellness area awaits as the perfect place to unwind.
